Our Altura EP decaffeinated coffee from Mexico comes from the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions, grown at an altitude of 900 to 1500 meters. Varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Criollo, Mundo Novo, and Typica, growing in soils rich in clay minerals. The coffee is fully washed and dried in the sun and mechanical dryers. The Royal Select water decaffeination method preserves aromas by minimizing the loss of flavor compounds.

 Preparation: for an espresso style put up to 60 ml of water and for a filter style put up to 200 ml of water for every 2.5g of instant.
