Our Altura EP decaffeinated coffee from Mexico comes from the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions, grown at altitudes of 900 to 1500 meters. The varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Criollo, Mundo Novo, and Typica, grown in clay-rich, mineral-rich soils. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, as well as dried in mechanical dryers. The Royal Select water decaffeination method preserves the aromas by minimizing the loss of aromatic compounds.
